Pugmill Systems, Davis model 750B twin-shaft Pugmill; heavy duty solid steel “thru-shafts” continuous mixers, built for long trouble free life with welded oversize ¼” thick plate box enclosure; bolted-on discharge end, for ease of shaft/bearing replacement; high chrome cast iron reversible bolted tips onto shanks; large paddle tips, mixer length, shaft speed, travel circle, tip angle, and horsepower combine to give excellent mix; heavy duty double tapered pillow block roller bearings mounted at drive end, with outboard mounted ball bearings on carrier end; each shaft powered by its own electric motor and gear reducer, eliminating the need for timing gears; (2) 50 h.p. electric motors mounted with drive guards, on ¾” cross member; liquid spray bar with 2” valve; hinged cover over mixing chamber; receiving hopper. Unit available as complete plant as well, ask for details.
